The Ontario PC party under Harris hired Goldman Sachs to broker the privatization of Hydro One some 20+ years ago. Mark Carney was the Goldman Sachs Managing Director who worked with the Ontario PC Party to broker the sale. The sale fell through when a court declared it needed approval at the legislature. it would be Kathleen Wynne and the OLP who completed the sale at the cost of official party status for the OLP. Ontario PC is buddy-buddy with American bankers who are buddy-buddy with Carney. It's one big group and you ain't in it.
