Doug Loft | 1986 - 2026 Forever Valiant 🤍🖤

💙🤍

Jesus that's done me. I've cried a few times at Vale Park. After we beat Burton 3-0 the day we went into admin, and then the promotion season against Northampton the season after stand out, and Lofty was a big part of them. I can see Saturday being another. Please do him proud.

😭🙏🤍

What a beautiful tribute this is. Forever a seagull, forever a Valiant!! 💙🤍

@SirSebastian20 Who’s cutting onions?

@MartinTideswell Absolutely broke me this 🖤🤍💙🤍

@PhilJBowers What a player what a captain. Doug Loft was a driving force in that team that defied the odds to win promotion from administration. Our thoughts with his family and colleagues. Rest in peace, once a Valiant forever a Valiant.

@richscottmedia 💔

rest in peace.

He may be gone, but he'll never be forgotten 🙏.

RIP Doug Loft
