The Electoral College was setup to support slavery. Three-fifths of population couldn’t vote but was counted as voters which gave the slave states a higher proportion of congressional seats. The Supreme Court just reinstated this rule in a different form.

The system was not meant that not -- we don't think there is anything that says… We are getting them out. And a judge cannot say no, you have to have a trial. The trial is going to take two years.
