Nothing downgrade about Omniverse. In fact, it’s where Ben first gets to use the Omnitrix exclusively made for him, as opposed to the prototype in the last three. The story is good, new aliens are brought in. Great series worth watching.

True in very few cases But false in most, it looks really neat in my opinion, some alien designs are even better than the originals and i honestly prefeer these designs over UAF's
