Prof @KindikiKithure remember All power belong to the people they decide what is good or bad for them therefore a cabal of politicians can't dictate to the people what is good for national interest

It should. Democracy is realizing that they are representative of people not their parents. National interest is what the people want. If people figure out another means of dispute resolution then they can choose to change the constitution and do away with the judiciary arm.

The people are supreme and sovereign power is vested in them. If they decide to remove the judiciary, they must have a good reason. Why can't a law professor understand such a simple concept?

Few professors in this country deserve the accolade. When you listen to Kindiki, Tom Ojienda and a couple more you can't help but wonder how they got the title. Maybe @glwajackoyah is the only legitimate prof in the country.

And that public interest is predicate to us having a functioning society. Broken Windows theory, at root, is the idea that the community has such an interest, that that interest is legitimate, and that it can and should trump the right of the disorderly to engage in antisocial behavior." A few weeks ago, University of Austin (UATX) invited me to speak to their students about crime, disorder, policing, and broken windows theory. My full remarks are now available. I hope you'll watch.
