🚨UPDATE: A few years ago, Uganda Government through Ministry of works and Transport introduced what they termed as "Digital Number plates" According to the government the essence of introducing digital number plates was to fight criminality because they are trackable/monitored. Digital number plates (ITMS) in Uganda cost UGX 714,300 for new vehicle registration. For existing vehicle owners replacing their old plates, the cost is UGX 150,000 for cars and UGX 50,000 for motorcycles. Now thugs stole someone's number plates when he reported the case to police and URA here is the response he got👇

The HOA said they had an assessment fee of $20,000 per house! They offered to let them pay it off in 10 years! They refused topay it Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on! Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company! If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!

There is a game being played there by the vice-chairman. He was an ODM official, and she is very close to Hassan Joho. They have come up with a company called Miru System Company Ltd from Korea. They made specs for this tender tailor-made for this company.

Minister Byamukama has no kind for the contractors from the CICO road construction company, they literally have dont 23% of the total work after two years , they also refused and altered the original road design they were given first which will attract more 150 billion Ugx : he has promised to terminate and blacklist their contracts if they fail to start on laying the tarmac in only 90 days, or sue them and not compensate them‼️

I was following the countrywide tours closely by the minister, and I was thinking that even if we might blame him for a few missteps, his initial work exposing corruption was genuinely valuable. But now, we have reached this game of populism where we are distributing chapatis. Plain chapatis cost 500 UGX are torn in pieces and thrown at people, in a manner suggesting benevolence is merely handed down from those in power to those at the bottom. At that exact point, I believe we have veered off the main cause.

Today, I was the lone no vote on increasing the fuel revenue indexing tax. Several people talked about how they’ve generated one billion dollars in revenue from this tax. They’ve made that money off the backs of hard-working people in Clark County who are buying gas who have to get to work - they are paying a tax. That’s where the one billion dollars came from. Now they want to extend it for another ten years. But unlike in 2016 when it was passed on the ballot, now they want to do so without a vote of the people. Yes, we need roads and we need people put to work, but it should have been done the correct way — by a vote of the people.

Nothing will happen by abusing GenZ. They are what our third-class education system made them. They were blank slates; our education system turned them into woke slaves. Many say they are the product of bad parenting, but they forget that their parents are also products of the same education system. The British designed it in 1835 to destroy our reasoning abilities and turn us into obedient slaves. Muslim scholars realised this and established their parallel education system. Congress carried it forward after 1947 but allowed Muslims to continue running their parallel education system. BJP has also been carrying forward the same education system since 2014. Though we are also products of the same education system, we were lucky. At that time there was no social media, so we got plenty of time to spend with family, community, elders, and grandparents. But GenZ are not lucky. First, the education system has become more woke. Then came CIA-controlled social media and OTT platforms. BJP got 12 years to correct this education system. What did Smriti Irani, Prakash Javadekar, and Dharmendra Pradhan do? They made it more leftist and more woke. A woke leftist person will never align with the BJP. It was supposed to happen, I have been warning this from last 5 years There is still time. Change the education system now.

This is the first major municipal employee stoppage in Philadelphia since 1986. DC 33 workers average about $46,000 annually and they have historically been among Philadelphia's lowest-paid city workers, with a predominantly Black membership.
