Because he like you broke every ethical code of conduct for medical professionals…knowingly facilitating terrorists and their weapons in the hospitals where he and you worked and allowing those terrorists to fire those weapons into civilian areas thus endangering the lives of every person and patients within those hospitals You should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity

Dr. al-Bursh, head of orthopedics at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, was abducted on 18 December 2023 while working at Al-Awda Hospital in Jabaliya and held under interrogation for four months before his murder on 19 April 2024, following severe torture. His wife says the occupation continues to withhold his body in the “cemeteries of numbers,” despite repeated appeals to international and human-rights organizations and the Red Cross, all of which have gone unanswered.
