When I was a lil boy my dad had a garden and a chicken yard filled with a bunch of chickens, ducks, and turkeys, until the city came and made him remove it. Mind you my dad was born 1935 he had been doing this his whole life it was all he knew.

My home is field with natural crystals. In their raw form. Many are polished spheres. I also wear them and have them in my car. I left the church in my early 20s physically & mentally. Mentally, I left as a child. I knew they were trying to change my mindset. That's a big no-no!

I’m not disagreeing with his sentiments. However, the origin of the word grocery is not grow it’s gross and pharmacy has its etymology rooted in a Greek word that means druggist/herbalist not farm.

Our garden was in the back yard, like most of our neighbors gardens. The problem is we didn’t learn that skill and continue to grow our own food.
