Almost all the disability from this new crop of Vet's who weren't involved in the GWOT seems to be depression and anxiety and that gets you almost to 100%. 50% of people who leave the military are now claiming disability. 2% serve in active combat zones. This guy teaches vets how to get the highest disability rating possible. That's what he does for work. He also gets disability for anxiety. He's a navy reservist guys... The PACT act left open a bunch of loopholes for trans service members and these guys all discovered them. That's what this is. The PACT act has to go as a bill.

As Commissioner Anderson has said, the work of this Department isn't about executives in offices downtown — it's about the people getting the job done and everyone who makes a clean street possible. And as he said at roll calls across the City this morning, it's about being "strongest" in mind, in heart, and in care for our neighborhoods. General Masemola announced the promotion of Major General Thabang Lesia to the rank of Lieutenant General and his appointment as the new Provincial Commissioner of the Free State. Lieutenant General Lesia brings with him 39 years of dedicated and distinguished service, having joined the service as a student constable in 1986. He began his career as a detective and later served as a Detective Commander at Seloseha Police Station in Thaba Nchu, before advancing to the role of Provincial Commander for Organised Crime. He has also served as Station Commander of Virginia Police Station near Welkom at the rank of Colonel and was later promoted to Brigadier as Station Commander of Thabong Police Station in 2010.
