What's the first thing they put in you when you are admitted to a hospital? Saline What great saviors they are. 🐑

I take 1 gallon of Distilled water add 1 tsp of Celtic salt and 2 tsp of Baking soda, structured Alkaline Mineral water.

I listen to my body. If it wants salt, it gets salt.

This "doctor" should spend some time on diuretic pharmacology, chemistry, and kidney function. Neither furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide contain salt. The salt discussed here is sodium chloride ... artificial salt doesn't exist. We give normal saline (0.9% sodium chloride) because your blood should contain 0.9% sodium chloride. A normal saline IV is the quickest way to rehydrate someone. We would also start a normal saline IV to give vascular access for other medications. If you are curious about kidney function, spend some time reading ... many books have been written on the subject. All of that to say, this guy is a clown.

Also got to ask why they give you a salt water solution every time you enter a hospital. Drink a glass of water with mineral salt every day. Baja gold or Celtic salt

@JackStr42679640 💯 correct. I've had this talk with my partner several times. He rarely has salt and funny enough has high blood pressure 🙄🙄

It also makes your body dump lots of precious potassium

Agreed, but don't neglect potassium, magnesium, zinc, and calcium and any other electrolyte... any imbalance in the system left unchecked will manifest as illness

Use only Celtic salt if possible ✅

So if the "pump"(kidneys) shutting down because of to less salt? How do people live in rural areas like djungles? Without salt? And they survive? I guess its big pharma making normal salt "dangerouse" so they can sell a synthetic salt on which they have patent and more profit.

Bryan Con Ardis didn’t “expose” anything! This information was revealed and published by Dr. Robert Young who gets full credit for first publishing on the importance of salts. Ardis has been plagiarizing other people’s work for years.

We have been living through a mountain of lies. That’s been detrimental to all of our health. This is Evil!

Told my mom that salt was important but doctors told her differently

Amino acid

Iodized salt

He is late to the game, others have talked about it decades ago, and I have known for at least one.

Great acting skills, but not proof.

That’s the only way they will be able to sell their synthetic salt. People need to stop trusting Nazi experimentation. It only came to the United States in 1955, baby boomers are so naïve.

Well he’s right about one thing, everyone with High BP or heart or other issues who reduce their salt intake dramatically will get pumped full if it via IV from EMS or hospital as soon as sick enough to go. So all of a sudden salt is a good thing. 😏

A common denominator of Alzheimer patients is they all were salt user's. Anything, in moderation won't harm you, but they used too much salt, resulting in Memory loss. Ketchup, canned goods, chips have enough salt to satisfy the kidneys. Excessive salt is not a good idea!

I love my salt Always did

"Fuck, it never ends."

Wasn't there a study with patients who ate iaodized salt and ones who didn't and the ones who did had a higher iq and greater averages in the tests being ran?

#Truth

salt? really? who cares about salt?

I was blessed with a doctor in the 70's who said: "salt is a problem only if you have a problem with salt. " i never forgot that!

What if you have kidney disease?
