Ugandans should not be diverted. UCDA is just being transferred to the Ministry as a unit. Its functions will remain. Let’s also agree that Coffee is not about Buganda alone. It is actually some MPs from Buganda who tried to “Bugandanise” coffee during the parliament debate.

@CHRISBARYOMUNS1 NRM are convinced we still believe they came to do good. Fake elections, army in parliament, Pinnet, Atiak sugar factory, Roko, Dei pharma, pot holes in Kampala, nepotism, more constituencies and national scholarship in west, all good for Uganda.
