Despite all the drama and chaos these past few months, I am still extremely proud of all the work I have done but it's time for me to move on. So, after 6+ years it's time to say farewell to the Dr Disrespect brand and begin a new chapter. I want to thank ThePeacePigeon for believing in me back in 2018 and giving me a chance to show my skills and creativity to the world. I want to thank the amazing and talented Thorsten Denk , Stev and MARKRENDERS . Together we won the title for 'Best Creative Team of the Year' in 2021. Grand Theft Auto III turns 25 this year. It was the first in the series to switch to a 3D third-person perspective; the previous two used a bird’s-eye top-down view. It still blows my mind how epic it looks even now, a quarter of a century later. In 2001, this was one of most badass games of the year. The open world and the massive depth and scope were truly incredible. Also, how you go from Lemmings to GTA will forever be the biggest curveball in gaming history.

A Jazzman’s Blues was the first movie I ever wrote. It took me 27 years to make it, and after I finished making the film and released it to the world, I felt a kind of grieving in my spirit. I soon realized that this is what can happen when you hold onto a dream for so long and finally see it come to pass. In all honesty, I wasn’t sure what was next. Of course, I would continue doing what I was known for, but I didn’t have that next thing in my heart—until Ambassador Nicole Avant called me about The Six Triple Eight! I’m so glad she asked me to do this movie. It gave me the excitement and hope I needed to keep moving forward. We can’t wait for you to see The Six Triple Eight! Opening this Friday in select theaters and streaming worldwide on Netflix on December 20th. This one is for EVERYONE!

20 years ago, i left my country, my culture, my food, and family to embark on a journey that started with the release of my very first body of music! Only the older generation will recognize this one. Beach-Head, published in 1983 by Access Software, is one of the tougher C64 games I have played back in the day. I was 8 or 9 when I first gave it a shot, so maybe that was part of the reason but even in my teenage years I still struggled to get to that final mega-bunker/fortress monstrosity at the end. Beach-Head was commercially successful, selling around quarter of a million copies, an excellent number for that era. Bruce Carver went on to also make Raid over Moscow one year later - another classic of 80s gaming history, and one that was equally hard (the hangar sequence still gives me PTSD). I think in terms of design and gameplay you can see how the 2 games are related, the vibe feels similar.

I got to be the top guy in the number three promotion. And for a long time, I felt like my career was a failure because of that. I think I talked about it in the movie, in the documentary, but it took a lot of time on a therapist couch to let myself off the hook.
