Married to Medicine Star Dr. Heavenly Reveals She Was Demoted to ‘Friend of the Show’ Due to Her Political Run Dr. Heavenly Kimes, long-time cast member of Bravo’s Married to Medicine, has confirmed that she was demoted to “Friend of the Show” for Season 12. The reason for her reduced role is her run for political office, which created a conflict with her Bravo contract. Heavenly explained that her original contract prohibits cast members from running for public office . I LOVE Dr. Simone AND Dr. Heavenly. Heavenly, was definitely acting like a Karen, she was not in danger with Simone at all and she did lie on Simone. However, Simone, was definitely unhinged in that moment (so were other people). Simone, was and is not in danger of her reputation or career being destroyed due to Heavenly’s word. We’ve seen Simone act a FOOL for 12 seasons. She was carried out of a room last reunion and even mentioned a dead child to one up Quad at the S10 reunion.
