They are objectively objects. Unidentified ones. They are also observed flying (moving, hovering, rocketing) in the atmosphere. UAP is an empty descriptive filled with agendas & phenomenological bias. Any claims of captured UFOs & aliens need to be demonstrated beyond retold lore & secondhand anecdotes.

Sometimes they’re not flying, sometimes they hover as you said, or are in space or under water, so UAP is just all of the above. Instead of having to use say USOs or Fast Walkers. Yes ik we need to prove the NHI claims but it’s just very interesting data.

Yeah, UFOs hover. UFOs demonstrate a variety of manuevers. People also sometimes (rarely) claim Unidentified Submarine/Submersible Object. Even more rarely near-Earth Unknowns in space. UAP is not a specific identifier for any of these, it is a nebulous grab-bag created as a military PR/control rebrand (loaded with agendas & paranormal phenomena conflation biases that are not UFOs).

It’s not paranormal phenomena, it’s for all of these UFO objects rolled into one.

UAP is absolutely is paranormal phenomena as well: ghost orbs, hitchhiker phantoms, Havana Effects, Psi Powers, Haunted Ranches, Consciousness Cultism, Interdimensional Cryptids, etc - whatever the paranormal occult pork clique in IC wants. It’s also foreign spy balloons, mystery drones, Blue Beam lasers, etc. - whatever the military firms wants.

It’s only some of those. Also, also Ryder isn’t IC he was Lockheed Martin. Psi powers aren’t UAP, neither is consciousness stuff although it might play a role. Those other things like balloons would be UFOs at first not UAP.

His stated position in this video is exactly opposite to claims being made about him. If he knew of alien craft in hangers he wouldn't be stating there were no objects flying around.
