@foundmyfitness What is the minimum °F you can have to get good results/benefits cardiovascular etc? A lot of the more affordable options max out at 140°F.

Have a weird observation. At 20min I get real anxious in the sauna. Why? I’m a retired fire captain. At 20 min in a firefight, you’re about out of air. I get this, we need to go swap bottles (air) conditioning I have to fight to go longer. My company is going to play with this 🙏🏻 appreciate you for showing me this methodology 🤙🏻

@foundmyfitness I like my sauna super hot but I don't add any water to the rocks. I do 92C (197F) for 20-25 mins 4 times a week.

@foundmyfitness Does hotter but shorter lead to similar benefits? I.e. 194F for 15 mins?
