Let’s address this 1) certain aspects of Islam must be done in the Arabic language (like the 5 daily prayers), but there are plenty of resources to learn about Islam in other languages. You can also make dua in your own language if you don’t know Arabic. It is advantageous to know Arabic though. 2) you don’t have to “eat Arab” to be Muslim 3) you don’t have to “dress Arab” to be Muslim This jaahil displays his ignorance of the religion, like every other murtad There are plenty and have been plenty of black Muslims and Islam does not discriminate or ask anyone to leave behind their culture UNLESS that culture involves immorality or paganism that contradicts Islam
