Is this a vision-based footstep planner or blind reactive control? The terrain variety in the demo would tell us a lot about their perception stack vs proprioceptive recovery. The two failure modes look very different in deployment.

Full fighting force within 2 years.

I still want one. He's not as cute as Optimus but Ill take it. 🤭

Do these androids have different neural nets doing different things? Or is one neural net running everything? (Vision, arms, legs, etc.)

Atlas, Figure and Optimus are going to dominate this space and buy their competitors

Better than me😆

Yeah, but how well does it kick kids?

looked fake running down those stairs/grass area

Das ist ein Gewitter ,der zeitnahen Splitter. Gewiss eine Idee, aber ob wert Lich immer gesehen... weiß nur die, derjenige der es nicht nur erfordert.

Only a few years til they perfect its traversal movements.

It's getting weird, folks.

Can it run me a Boston qualifier?

Can you wait on the showing off pleasee were too young

👀 😮

Payload capacity is what separates impressive demos from useful robots. The moment humanoids can reliably carry real-world loads, adoption could accelerate fast. 🤖 For more robotics breakthroughs, check out our latest post 👇

still runs like a tard...

Well done 👍 congratulations 👏👏👏 let them out to cities by next Friday to do stuff for people

It's interesting, how quickly we have become used to these robot videos. It's going to be expected that your machine can do 3 backflips while carrying 50kg.
