Dragojevic v Tugay What a difference it makes having a midfielder with legs, running forward, zipping diags & taking hits from outside the box. Best goal of it's type i've witnessed in person since this from Tugay, bettered by his not bouncing before but absolutely loved it. 1. Jonas...

While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...

NEW WORLD MODEL: Yann LeCun's team is back with an efficient model! This project involves Yann LeCun, Lukas Kuhn, Lucas Maes, Quentin Le Lidec, and Randall Balestriero. A couple definitions first: - DINO: self-DIstillation with NO labels. A self-supervised image model (Meta, 2021) where a student network learns to match a teacher (an EMA copy of itself) across two crops of the same image, with no labels and no negatives. - SIGReg: a regularizer that prevents embedding collapse by forcing the embeddings to match an isotropic Gaussian, tested with a normality test (Epps–Pulley) on many random 1-D projections instead of in full dimension. LeVJEPA is a self-supervised video pretraining method, released with open code, weights, and checkpoints. It learns a video representation by pushing the embeddings of global and local crops of the same clip together (an invariance loss), while a regularizer called SIGReg forces the embeddings toward an isotropic Gaussian to provably prevent representation collapse. Unlike V-JEPA and V-JEPA 2 it uses a single shared encoder with a projector and no target network, no predictor and no stop-gradient. It drops 95% of tokens per view, uses block-causal attention (each frame attends only to past frames), and has a single loss weight. It is evaluated purely as a representation learner via frozen probing on ImageNet-1K, Something-Something-v2 and Kinetics-400, not on any robot. What I find interesting, is that V-JEPA and V-JEPA 2 need an EMA target encoder, stop-gradients and a capacity-limited predictor to avoid collapse; LeVJEPA drops all of it for one shared encoder plus projector, preventing collapse instead with the SIGReg regularizer under a provable guarantee and a single hyperparameter. The "P" (predictor) in JEPA is effectively gone. LeVJEPA is also less compute intensive: - 5.6x to 20.8x lower total pretraining compute than V-JEPA 2 - 7.6 points higher on ImageNet-1K at matched FLOPs - trains at batch size 128 within 8GB where V-JEPA 2 saturates at batch size 28 Also worth mentioning: ImageNet-1K accuracy rises monotonically with the token-drop rate, from 33.9% at rho = 0 to 47.6% at rho = 0.95. The aggressive dropping is actually doing regularization work. On the JEPA-versus-DINO debate: - it loses to DINOv2 by 3.1 points on ImageNet-1K (appearance, static) - but wins on Something-Something-v2 by nearly 2x (motion, temporal) - and beats V-JEPA 2 by 1.9 points on ViT-L at 5.6x lower cost. -> optimized for temporal and motion understanding per compute dollar.

how to start a faceless youtube channel in 2026 with affiliates that actually makes money i've written 5,000+ scripts across 50+ niches. here's the exact process i'd follow if i had to start from $0 tomorrow STEP 1 - pick a niche with money in it, not one you "like" a million views from teenagers and a million views from 55-year-olds are not the same paycheck. finance, retirement, sleep, and world politics pay 5-10x what entertainment does because the advertisers are different. boring + high CPM beats fun + broke. every time. STEP 2 - steal what already works don't reinvent anything. find 5 channels that went from 10k to 100k recently (not the giants the ones who just broke through) and study what they changed. their titles, their hooks, their first 30 seconds. STEP 3 - the script is 70% of everything a mediocre video with a great script beats a beautiful video with a boring one every single time. cold open on the most intense moment. new question every 30 seconds. never let them guess what's coming next. if you can delete a sentence and lose nothing, delete it. STEP 4 - package it or it dies nobody sees the video. they see the title and thumbnail first. one visual, one emotion, 3 words max on the thumbnail. a title that makes NOT clicking feel like a mistake. 40 good videos die every day because of 40 bad titles. STEP 5 - make money before youtube pays you affiliate links in the description from video 1. an email freebie by week 2. a $19 guide by month 2. you should earn before adsense ever turns on. waiting for monetization is the #1 beginner mistake. STEP 6 - read the retention graph like scripture it tells you the exact second people left and why. cliff in the first 30s = fix your intro. dip in the middle = that's the sentence that bored them. it's the only feedback that matters. that's it. that's the whole game. the niche is your ceiling. the script decides how close you get to it. i post this stuff daily. follow so you don't have to learn it the slow, expensive way like i did.

Something is afoot. We are told Pope Leo has a nodule/tumor that is innocuous in nature. Yet - he is having surgery for it almost immediately. This will almost certainly cost him his trip to South America - which makes no sense. Why not do the trip and then the surgery if it is just an innocuous nodule? The narrative isn’t connecting dots. But it gets weird from here. In 2017, a Mexican Horror movie named “El Habitante” was released. In this movie, there is a Pope named Pope Leon (Leon in Greek translates to Leo in Latin). In the first clip I’ve included, a news broadcast is discussing the death of Pope Leon due to … you guessed it “irreversible cardiopulmonary collapse and sepsis after hospitalization the previous week”. … Pope Leo is having lung surgery today. That qualifies as “cardiopulmonary”. The clip is in Spanish, but I have translated and changed the audio to English and included subtitles as well. (I have also included the original clip in the first comment so you folks can translate it yourself to see that I’m not altering what is being said.) In the movie, the Pope dies a week after being admitted. A week from today is October 20th. The ONLY Q Drop on October 20th was Drop 4903. The drop includes a link to a video clip from Crimson Tide in which Denzel Washington’s character (named Hunter) sets the missiles on the sub to launch. True Stormy Joe hit the very same drop yesterday in this dig: But - I’m not done yet. It gets weirder. His surgery is today, October 13th. Why is October 13th relevant? Because that is where the Friday the 13th superstition comes from (and yes, I am aware it isn’t Friday 😂. The date remains relevant, however). On Friday, October 13, 1307, King Philip IV of France ordered the mass arrest of Knights Templar across his kingdom. This is the origin of the Friday the 13th superstition in some popular accounts. The arrests, interrogations, and later executions involved both French royal authorities and the Catholic Church (under Pope Clement V). Philip IV of France was heavily in debt to the Templars. He sought to seize their wealth and eliminate them as a rival power. He pressured Pope Clement V (who resided in France and depended on French support) to act against the Templar Order. What is interesting is the enclosed picture of Pope Leo standing next to a Crusaders’ Cross (Jerusalem Cross). So - We have the Pope having lung surgery out of nowhere that seems to line right up with a movie from 2017 discussing the death of a Pope Leo because of cardiopulmonary collapse, and this is happening on the same date that the Catholic Church banished, arrested, and executed the Knights Templar. Not to mention this is the 17th month of his papacy, and he is 71 years old. I’m not even sure what to make of all of this. But it is way too much to ignore, and it doesn’t seem like it is just a fantastic string of coincidences. Let’s see what happens.

If diabetes is the joke, what is the punchline? Gracie was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 1, not through eating too many sweets or chocolate but because her body decided to attack the cells of the pancreas. Unfortunately Easter is normally a prime time for jokes from all sorts of people linking indulgence and sweets with the condition. Jokes are often seen as harmless, however they perpetuate the stigma and misunderstanding of serious conditions, in this case diabetes. Diabetes in general is a condition where a person is unable to handle the breakdown products of carbohydrates (sugar) in a way a non-diabetic person would. This is important because the cells in our body rely on sugar to get energy, but this has to be done in a controlled way. People with diabetes have an issue with insulin specifically. There are many different types of diabetes including gestational diabetes, which is seen in pregnancy, and steroid induced diabetes, which is brought on by medications. The two most well-known types however are type 1 and type 2. What doesn’t cause diabetes is eating too much chocolate! It ranges from your genetics to viral loads and even your vitamin D levels! In 2012, diabetes in total was the direct cause of 1.5 million deaths globally. Often, it can be deadly before you’ve even released you are diabetic! What is more worrying when seeing public figures making jokes about diabetes is that there is increasing evidence of significant mental health concerns within children with type 1 diabetes with nearly 40% of type 1 diabetic children seeking assistance from mental health support teams. Gracie has completely owned her condition, playing sports and even going on TV. Diabetes hasn't stopped her doing anything she wants and won't stop her from eating chocolate eggs today! #foryou #fyp #chocolate #diabetes #type1diabetes #type2diabetes #Easter #easteregg #ysk #easteregg #t1d #type1warrior

🚨 I TOLD YOU THIS WAS COMING! Absolute bloodbath: $2,880,000,000,000 wiped out from the US stock market in just 2 HOURS Let that number sink in. Two TRILLION dollars. Gone! In the time it takes to watch a movie. And if you've been following me, none of this surprises you. Because I told you that S&P 500 was walking into a trap. No panic. Just the setup, laid out in plain sight. Today the trap snapped shut. So let me remind you WHY it's happening, in 3 forces: Stacked on top of each other. Every 4 years 1. THE PRESIDENTIAL CYCLE Year 1-2 is always pain. Tax hikes, budget cuts, "cleaning up the last guy's mess." We're standing in the pain right now. 2. THE MIDTERM TRAP 15 out of the last 16 midterm years, the market bled from May to October. A 93.75% hit rate since 1962. Big money knows it. So they sell in May and hold cash through the summer. Guess what month we just walked out of. 3. THE FED'S TIMING PROBLEM The Fed always hikes early, so it has room to cut before re-election. Translation: midterm year always lands at peak rates. Exactly when the economy can't take it. Now stack 2026 on top: ➮ Inflation at a 3-year high ➮ 10Y yield breaking 4.50% ➮ Mortgage rates pushing 7% This wasn't a forecast. It was a setup hiding in plain sight, and today it paid out in $2.8 TRILLION of other people's money The next few days are going to get violent. But don't worry. That's exactly what I'm here for. Like it or not, I've called the exact market tops and bottoms for 11 years My system flags the moment the market shifts from caution to DANGER You will be warned before it hits, like always. Not following me will be your #1 mistake of 2026, soon you'll understand why

jev + opus 5.5 for design is insane... a launch video used to mean an agency, weeks of back and forth and a fat invoice. now Opus 5.5 makes the video, the ad cuts and the landing page from one brief. the video below: made in 3 minutes. at 0:09 it drops into edit mode - dot grid, selection handles, pixel sizes on every card - so you see exactly how it was built. but most people get the same mid result: centered text, gradient background, everything fading in. That's Opus's default look when it has nothing to copy. here's the pipeline that makes it look like an agency did it: 1. Build the brand brain first → logo, colors, fonts, screenshots of your real product, your best ad copy → have Opus turn it into a DESIGN.md. The video and the site both follow it 2. Steal a reference, don't describe one → pick 1-2 launch videos with the pacing you want → "make it like this" beats "make it modern and punchy" every time 3. Give it a renderer → install HyperFrames or Remotion: every scene is code, rendered straight to mp4 → a change = one line and a re-render, not starting over 4. Use real components → buttons, cards and UI from 21st_dev instead of empty placeholder boxes → fake-looking UI is the fastest way to look cheap 5. Storyboard before motion → 3 storyboard options, you pick one, then one still per scene → fixing a still takes seconds, fixing a render takes a re-render 6. Run it as a 4-person team + jev → breakdown: pull pacing, type and transitions from the reference → storyboard: the 3 options and the stills → build: every scene in code, music, draft render → review: watch it second by second, list the problems, touch nothing → jev: scores every review note against DESIGN.md (fix now / later / skip) in milliseconds, so build only touches what matters 7. Cut the ads from the same project → same scenes, different hooks: pain first, result first, offer first → 9:16 for reels, 1:1 for feed, 16:9 for YouTube. No reshoots 8. Ship the landing page from the same DESIGN.md → the hero is a looping cut of the launch video → before launch: mobile, every button state, zero placeholder text 9. Give notes like a director → "slow this zoom by half", "hard cut here", "push in on the button" → "make it better" gets random changes paste this into Claude Code 👇 "Read my brand folder and write DESIGN.md. Break down the reference video I give you: pacing, type, transitions. Show me 3 storyboards, then one still per scene for the one I pick. Build every scene in HyperFrames, add music, render a draft. Review it second by second without editing and list the problems. Pass every note to Jev and have it score each one against DESIGN.md: fix now / later / skip. Fix only "fix now". After I approve: cut 3 ad variants with different hooks in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, then build the landing page from the same DESIGN.md with the video loop as the hero." everyone has the same model. bookmark this and start using the edge.
