Dragon Quest XI S - Definitive Edition is out on Switch 2 in three days. It's well timed considering the Dragon Quest series just passed 100 million units sold worldwide and Dragon Quest XI is the best selling game in the series.

No upgrade path or an upgrade discount (?) is pretty annoying

I am perfectly happy with my S1 version. Definitely would buy an upgrade, not repaying for a full version for sure
