Obviously we are what we eat biggest part of the equation and carnivore elimination diet is helpful in reversing many problems. What would help people is a wellness map that targets the condition to reverse and then your protocol. Can easily be done using all the past information you have shared and organizing it in one place. i tell u what for years, i would have to use nail polish to suffocate chiggers over & over in order to make them disappear, cause i go into the woods even in summer. since i discovered dragons blood mixed with coconut oil the itching goes away instantly & heals quickly.
