It is caustic soda + some chemicals which literally dissolves any organic matter in 20-30 minutes. What you see in the video is AI, it doesn't work that way. Takes its own sweet time and you should stay away from those fumes as they are corrosive to your airways. After 30, minutes you need to flush with water to check if clogging is still there and if it does clog, another round will be required.
