(with the mindset of) the mountain is a mountain and the water is water, that's how i freed myself (from those worries) t/n: "the mountain is a mountain and the water is water" is from buddhism, it's about how you are ought not to be confused with the truths in life and only then you'll achieve enlightenment, you need to keep your mind open and see everything just as it is
