Oba Femi’s entire presentation is some of the craziest shit I’ve ever seen. Outside of him being a dominant force in the ring, the way that he captivates the entire audience everytime he’s on screen is amazing. The Oba chants are some of my favorite things in wrestling right now as they give him sort of a gladiator feel in and out of the ring. Everyone in this match did a great job at selling how monstrous of a beast Oba is. What an incredible talent man

I’ve been monitoring KiDi closely on his socials lately, especially on TikTok, and I have to say: he is a different breed. 🇬🇭 He’s one of the few artists in the Ghana music industry who genuinely wants his colleagues to win as much as himself. You’ll see him drop a new song, but instead of flooding his feed with it, he’s constantly using other artists’ sounds and supporting their craft. He is such a solid guy. We really need to stop and give him his flowers while he’s here. A true king in the game. 👑❤️

An extraordinary scene unfolded today on the stage commemorating the birth centenary of the Mahanayak! A separate chair had been reserved for the Chief Minister. However, upon stepping onto the stage, he moved that special chair aside and sat in one of the standard chairs meant for everyone else. This small moment spoke volumes, proving that while a position may be grand, the humility to stay close to the people is far greater.

We don’t blow up boats off Miami because 25% of the time suspicion is wrong. We shouldn’t do it off Venezuela either. These are small outboards with no fentanyl and no path to Florida. We can’t just kill indiscriminately because we are not at war. It’s summary execution! Everyone gets a trial because sometimes, the system gets it wrong. Even the worst of the worst in our country get due process. The bottom line is that execution without process is not justice, and blowing up foreign ships is a recipe for chaos.

The hypertorphy zone is when you are able to apply high effort (trying to move the bar fast in concentrics) but the weight is heavy enough to keep the tension on the muscle. For those worried about time of tension, this is a crucial element to understand, it starts with choosing the right load. The takeaway from this video is simple. Don’t get wrapped up with the pounds and the weight you are using on any one set, the magic is in the totality of pounds you lift relative to your max and the cherry on top is you’re using high effort for all the reps set to set which is the chefs kiss for building dense muscle along with strength to keep the gains coming for a long time.
