He started forcing it to his veteran WR Mach Hollins since he made so many big plays to bail him out. He believed he was going to be named MVP and needed to take chances to get it. He threw it to wrong spot since DB was in front of WR.

Tonight, 178 yards, a 54.9 passer rating, and three gifts against a defense that had already studied him in the Super Bowl. Maye has the talent. What he still lacks is the judgment. When the clock runs out and the stadium goes dark, the young QB still thinks he has to be the hero. The veteran understands that sometimes the hero is the one who doesn't force the ball.
