I mean everything happened well within the rules But agreed, none of the players seem to like the new Serve Clock rule

He was clearly tired and used this BS excuse to catch his breath and get a breather, in my opinion.

The shot clock may start early but the chair umpire still has some discretion after long rallies, especially in tough weather conditions.

Everyone agreed that matches are long and we need more actual play time. Nadal for example used to take so long btw pts. A shot clock rule was introduced, everyone knows the rule. Referee is right in applying it So, not sure why Tsitsipas Zverev or Tiafoe are complaining now.
