Truthfully, I can think of 4 reasons why someone would do this. 1. They were paying attention to the other side of the road. 2. They did it on purpose to present a chance for the people getting arrested to get away. 3. They want a new car and can cash out on the insurance. 4. They're suicidal.

Why is the tow truck inside the left lane? I don't see any cones or lights signaling that the tow truck is parked there. It also looks like the car in the right lane was squeezing the car the jumped the ramp. This looks like a series of unfortunate events. Hope everyone makes a full recovery.
