Thank you! I tried to emphasize a lot of the pokemons design parts all at once so it looked very chaotic in the planning stages. Haha

Mind if I ask you how you come up with your bg design ideas? Do you have a design process, or do you just improvise using references?

Also i just noticed maybe I did not read the question correctly. If it is the design only, the stadium is from pokemon champions! that is a reference i used

Yep after grayscale i use a hard light layer for coloring. I learned this technique from an illustrator named Lack!
