🇷🇺🎯🇱🇹 Moscow is actively weighing military options against Lithuania—ranging from localized border incursions to a large-scale offensive—prompting the emergency, unannounced mission by CIA Director John Ratcliffe to the Russian capital, according to Ukrainian political analyst and NV journalist Yuliia Zabelina. 🗣️ Drawing on intelligence-linked sources, Zabelina outlined key details regarding the secretive high-level engagement in Moscow: 📍 The U.S. delegation reportedly discussed potential reductions in forward American troop deployments across Europe as leverage to secure a formalized freeze of the war in Ukraine during preliminary backchannel exchanges. 📍 FBI Director Kash Patel—perceived as holding a more conciliatory stance toward Moscow—was originally slated to lead the mission. However, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA Director John Ratcliffe maneuvered to take direct control of the talks, leading to Ratcliffe’s direct dispatch instead. 📍 High-ranking intelligence chiefs do not undertake personal missions to hostile capitals for routine diplomacy; the agenda involved strictly critical, time-sensitive security files. 📍 The discussions also tackled Moscow’s covert assistance to Tehran in the conflict involving the U.S., alongside the broader Sino-Russian axis, as Washington actively seeks leverage to detach the Kremlin from Beijing's strategic orbit. Behind closed doors, Washington appears to be engaging in high-stakes triangular diplomacy—attempting to balance Baltic deterrence and geopolitical wedge strategies against the immediate need to prevent open multi-theater escalation

Officer gets called out to an apartment complex on a noise disturbance. He ends up schooling some kids with a sparing session. When Mesquite Police Department Officer Winston Bowen—affectionately known to locals as "Blade"—was called to the Hillcrest Apartments in Mesquite, Texas, it started as a routine noise complaint. But instead of letting a standard call dictate the energy of the neighborhood, Officer Bowen chose to build a bridge. Spotting a group of local young men getting ready to spar, the 49-year-old veteran officer didn't shut down the fun. Instead, drawing on his own background in the sport, he decided to lace up a pair of gloves and step into the makeshift ring right there in the parking lot. Officer Bowen went toe-to-toe with amateur boxer Domonique Halton in a lighthearted, playful sparring match that completely won over the neighborhood. The crowd went wild, cheering, laughing, and hyping up both men as they traded quick jabs and danced around the hot asphalt. But the story gets even better. Neighbors noted that after the cameras stopped rolling and the gloves came off, Officer Bowen didn't just drive away. He dapped up the young men and returned a short time later with snacks to hand out to all the kids hanging out in the area. In a world where negative interactions often dominate the headlines, it's moments like this that stand as a powerful reminder of what happens when a good officer genuinely embraces, respects, and connects with his community. Hats off to this officer for the love he clearly has for his community.

This guy owned these troopers with his knowledge of his rights as well as is and is not a law. This traffic stop involving the Ohio State Highway Patrol is one of the most legendary examples of a citizen dropping that education bomb that you will ever witness. What started as a completely routine stop for an expired registration tag quickly devolved into a prolonged, high-stakes debate over constitutional boundaries, officer ego, and the exact limits of police authority. If you want to know how to stand your ground calmly, articulate your rights under pressure, and dismantle "contempt of cop" in real-time, this is the video to check out. The stop began lawfully—the driver had an expired tag. But the entire energy shifted the second the driver disclosed he was recording the interaction for his own protection. After exiting his vehicle, the driver placed his hands in his pockets. Citing vague "officer safety concerns," the troopers immediately ordered him to remove his hands and prepared to conduct a pat-down frisk for weapons. The driver openly consented to a limited weapons check just to clear the air, but what followed was an absolute clinic on why law enforcement cannot use "safety" as a blank check to violate your civil liberties. The absolute moral of this entire encounter is the profound legal education this citizen handed to these troopers. While the officers attempted to rely on intimidation and commands like "stop talking and listen," the driver consistently hammered them with actual constitutional law: Terry v. Ohio & Pennsylvania v. Mimms: Under Mimms, an officer can order you out of a vehicle during a lawful stop. However, as this citizen correctly pointed out, that doesn't mean they get a free pass to frisk you. Under Terry, a pat-down requires a distinct, articulable "reasonable suspicion" that you are armed and dangerous. Stepping out of a car and putting your hands in your pockets during a routine paperwork stop does not automatically strip you of your Fourth Amendment rights. Rodriguez v. United States (2015): This is where the driver completely shut down the escalation. The Supreme Court has ruled that a traffic stop cannot be prolonged beyond the time reasonably required to complete its initial mission (writing the ticket/warning and checking registration). Once the troopers issued the warning, the stop was legally over. By continuing to detain him, command his movements, and lecture him, they were operating outside the law. City of Houston v. Hill: The troopers repeatedly tried to silence the driver for challenging them. But under the First Amendment, citizens have an absolute, protected right to verbally criticize, oppose, and argue with police officers, so long as they aren't physically obstructing justice. Standing your ground and speaking truth to power is not a crime. The encounter ended with the driver leaving with just a warning for the expired tag, but the real victory was the massive precedent he set on that roadside. This wasn't an citizen being difficult for the sake of views; this was a citizen drawing a hard, intellectual line between what is actual law and what is just an officer's feelings. When law enforcement operates out of ego, they rely on compliance through fear. The only antidote to that fear is a rigid, unshakeable knowledge of your constitutional rights. Know your rights. Protect your rights. And never let someone abuse authority just because they wear a badge.

Officer stops in a gas station to buy a drink before duty, next you know a man is trying to challenge him to a fist fight. A North Chicago police investigator stopped at a Citgo gas station at 1015 10th Street around 3:45 p.m. It was suppose to be a routine stop to grab a drink before starting his shift. Instead, he walked into a completely random, violent ambush. Inside the store, the fully uniformed investigator encountered 39-year-old Deandre D. Martin of Waukegan, who was standing near the front register. According to Lake County court records, there was zero prior contact or history between the two men. When the officer casually asked what was up, Martin immediately became combative, shouting, "Get the f–k out of here." When the investigator questioned the behavior and demanded identification. The officer informed Martin he was detained, prompting Martin to issue a chilling threat as he crossed the threshold: "If you come outside, I'm gonna f–kin kill you." What followed was a chaotic, multi-jurisdictional pursuit caught on police body camera footage: As the investigator followed him outside to place him under arrest for threatening a public official, Martin turned around and assaulted the officer before fleeing on foot. The investigator pursued him, catching up to Martin in the middle of the street. Martin swung again, striking the officer a second time. The investigator returned the favor, and a violent physical struggle ensued. During the struggle, Martin reached into his pocket. Fearing the suspect was drawing a weapon, the investigator drew his service firearm. Martin removed his hand empty-handed and took off running again. The foot chase continued out of North Chicago and directly into neighboring Waukegan. Exhausted, Martin finally slowed down near 8th Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. As the investigator closed the distance. After another physical struggle, backup from multiple surrounding law enforcement agencies arrived to help finally subdue and handcuff him. Deandre D. Martin was booked into the Lake County Jail on heavy felony charges, including Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer, Threatening a Public Official, Resisting a Peace Officer Causing Injury, and Obstructing a Peace Officer. At his detention hearing, prosecutors revealed that Martin was already out on pre-trial release for a criminal trespass case from May 2025. Lake County Judge Michael Nerheim officially revoked his previous release and ordered Martin to be held behind bars without bond pending his trial.

🚨 BREAKING CAIR UPDATE: GRAB THE POPCORN! THE GRANDDADDY OF CAIR RETURNS — SAME SCRIPT, SAME PANIC, SAME DONATION PITCH Cue the somber music. Cue the trembling voice. Cue the emergency fundraiser. Right on schedule, Nihad Awad, CAIR’s longtime executive director and what many critics describe as the organization’s chief propagandist, emerged with yet another rehearsed outrage video... This time, reacting to Texas finally drawing a line against CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood’s political operations. If you’ve seen one of these videos, you’ve seen them all. According to Awad, everything is suddenly “dangerous,” “unconstitutional,” and “hysterical.” And, as always, the solution is the same: send money immediately. “Today, something dangerous is happening…” “This is an unprecedented attack…” “We are being silenced…” “DONATE TODAY…” Same script. Same cadence. Same panic. Awad claims Governor Greg Abbott is persecuting Muslims, silencing democracy, and attacking civil rights, while deliberately sidestepping the fact that Texas did not act emotionally or rhetorically. Texas acted legally. On November 18, 2025, Abbott issued a signed proclamation designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization and CAIR as both a Foreign Terrorist Organization and a Transnational Criminal Organization under Texas Penal Code §71.01(e) and Texas Property Code §§5.251–5.259. The proclamation cites FBI findings, federal court rulings, and documented criminal convictions involving CAIR officials and affiliates, triggering state-level prohibitions on property ownership, organizational activity, and material support. That is the part Awad never mentions. Instead, he pivots - again - to the familiar routine: victimhood, hysteria, Gaza rhetoric, lawsuits, and donations. And here’s what clearly has him rattled. Just two months ago, RAIR exposed Awad openly laying out CAIR’s long-term political project from the pulpit—not as speculation, but as strategy. A 25-year pipeline designed to manufacture power: 🔺 tens of thousands of journalists 🔺 tens of thousands of filmmakers 🔺 tens of thousands of lawyers and policy operatives 🔺 tens of thousands of candidates and officeholders ...all now reinforced by CAIR’s own Super PAC. This isn’t advocacy, it’s infrastructure. This isn’t “civil rights.” It’s a political machine, built through tax-exempt entities and aimed squarely at media, law, government, and culture. That’s why the tone is shrill. That’s why the donation pitch is front and center. That’s why the outrage sounds so rehearsed. Because for the first time, states are no longer pretending this isn’t happening. So yes - watch the video. Study the performance. Note how quickly “civil rights” turns into a fundraising pitch. But understand this: America isn’t afraid anymore. America isn’t confused anymore. And America is no longer buying the script. 🎬 The curtain is up - and the audience has stopped clapping on command. 🚨 TO FRIENDS AND PATRIOTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY - TAKE ACTION THIS MONDAY Call your governors. Call your attorneys general. Call your state legislators. Demand they follow the lead of Texas and Florida!

🚨ALERT: BREAKING Down The MYSTERY FLIGHT BEFORE CHARLIE KIRK SHOOTING —Not A Drone But Another SPY AIRCRAFT On Sep 15, private contractor MARC Inc.'s Piper N59906 made 4 low-alt passes (15k ft AGL) over Utah Valley Univ campus—hours b4 the 12:23pm attack. Equipped w/ hi-res cams, LiDAR for surveillance/mapping. Who ordered it? Gov't? Do photos capture the shooter or debunk conspiracies? Incredible dig by Eric Rosenwald —hats off for the OSINT wizardry! The Suspicious Aerial Surveillance Flights Just hours before the shooting, a Piper PA-31 Navajo Chieftain (registration N59906), operated by MARC Inc.—North America's largest provider of specialized contract aircraft for GIS, survey, and surveillance—conducted four low-altitude passes over the UVU campus. The flights originated and ended at Provo Airport (PVU), about 4 miles south of campus, and occurred at approximately 19,000 feet MSL (15,000 feet above ground level), ideal for aerial mapping or reconnaissance. Pass Time / Duration / Notes ▶️11:01 a.m. / ~5 min / First north-south pass over central campus ▶️11:09 a.m. / ~4 min / Second pass, slightly offset eastward ▶️11:18 a.m. / ~5 min / Third pass, focused on event area 11:35 a.m. / ~6 min / Final pass; alleged shooter first spotted on campus surveillance at 11:50 a.m. The aircraft is equipped for high-resolution data capture, including: 💠Cameras: Vexcel Large Format Digital, Leica, hyperspectral, infrared scanners. 💠LiDAR: Optech Orion/Gemini/3100 systems for 3D mapping. 💠Other: Lead air data storage for multispectral/hyperspectral imaging. MARC Inc. serves U.S. federal/state governments, foreign entities, private mapping firms, oil/gas companies, civil engineering groups, and universities for applications like aerial photography, geophysical surveys, surveillance, and pipeline monitoring. Open-source flight tracking (via ADS-B) confirmed the pattern, raising questions: Was this routine infrastructure surveying (e.g., Interstate-15 nearby), law enforcement prep, or something else? If images exist, could they show the shooter (Tyler Robinson) or his preparations, potentially debunking conspiracies like multiple gunmen or staged events? No official confirmation from the FBI or MARC Inc. on the flight's purpose or client, though airspace remained open (drawing criticism for not being restricted pre-event). Key Update: Alleged Leaked Photos On October 13, 2025, Tiktok user @universehop00 posted leaked photos just one day after his initial report—claiming they originated from N59906's flight that day. The account has no other content, suggesting a targeted leak (possibly from a contractor or insider). The images appear to show:High-res orthomosaic views of UVU's central quad and event stage area. Timestamped metadata aligning with the 11:35 a.m. pass. Potential anomalies: A figure near a rooftop access point ~45 minutes pre-shooting. If authentic, these could be pivotal for the Tyler Robinson case and our own de-centralized investigation in to the bigger conspiracy to assassinate Charlie Kirk. The FBI has not commented, but victim resources and investigation updates continue via their site.

** MEGA Parodius Scaling Effects Part 1 ** One of the big challenges with the Parodius Megadrive port is Stage 8's boss - The puffer-fish *Pooyan* with his full screen scaling effect. The goal is to be very close to the arcade (with extras on top ) so I thought lets tackle it head on to see how close we can get. I was also keen to jump into another scaling code rabit hole haha. Pyron pulled out all the stops and got me the source frames and reworked the BG tiles for this test - a big thankyou to him , Vector Orbitex is busy working on Stage 2 tracks so the team is working hard all round on this port. The MD has no sprite / background GFX scaling hardware , however the VDPs Vertical scroll can be updated per scanline to help vertical scaling on backgrounds, but there is a cpu cost to manage all the interupts so thats not free either. With the Horizontal scaling there is no help at all , apart from a semi-friendly packed pixel format for the cpu to work with, its not quite chunky format but better than planar format still for scaling. So its falls back to the 68k CPU to do all of the horizontal expansion which is the largest cpu cost. Basically drawing strips of either 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x wide columns at speed. So we are one week into this Boss's routine and you can see from the below video the horizontal scaling is implented ( vertical will be in the next update ) . We are scaling from 1x to 4x in the video below in 74 steps for testing . The column distributions are always a bit painfull to do - thankfully they are all worked out now. This is the third scaler I have built and the goal was with this one to make it really flexible for use in other projects also, sometimes when you optimise something to the last degree all the flexibility gets taken out of it. Currenty scaling at 12-25 FPS update here, I had some rules against some optimisations which I would use and some I wouldn't , thankfully we are a bit ahead of the Arcades animation frame rate here still and I may yet find optimisations that fit within the scope. We have vertical scaling and sprite spikes to add yet so Im hoping i can find a few more optimisations to offset things when they are implemented also. In a scale frame update we are processing close to 42000 pixels in ram before using DMA to send to VRAM . Using a 41x16 (656 tile scale buffer) - single buffered for now due to its size in VRAM. So thats nearly 21k in tiles ! I had to re-organise ram a bit to support a buffer of that size for the stage. The scaling function is written in 68k assembly , with a little C code handling the Vertical interupt code ( so the game logic can actually run & DMA updates etc ) . The DMA routines are in assembly also and customised for large chunk size ( big blocks of tiles ) which suits the scaler. I had some race conditions to sort out where the cpu was faster than DMA (sending tiles from RAM to VRAM ) and in some cases where it wasn't so it had to be balanced. We may be able to add more detail into the top and bottom of the background yet but its low priority for now until all the other bits are in !! #SGDK #SegaMegadrive #Genesis #Parodius
