DRDO has successfully conducted a test of a high-calibre bomb at its Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL) facility in Ramgarh, Haryana. According to reports, the test was monitored by senior Indian Air Force officials and was completed successfully. What made this trial unusual was the safety planning. The Government of Telangana has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with JSW UAV Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Defence, to establish a state-of-the-art Unmanned Aerial Systems manufacturing facility in the State. As part of this strategic initiative, #JSW UAV, in collaboration with a leading US-based defence technology company, is set to invest approximately Rs 800 crore in the project. This landmark initiative is expected to generate over 200 high-value jobs, reinforcing Telangana's position as a hub for cutting-edge technology and defence innovation.
