Believers MUST realize that the definition of success as far as God is concerned is us DOING HIS WILL. Even when that means going to the remote parts of the world and preaching the Gospel while living humbly!

God's desires, agenda and plans, planted in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, are only what God is obligated and committed to sponsor and fund.

God can fund a dream he planted in your heart,not what you conceived out of your own greed and lust.

You better dream big and take corresponding actions because God can actually fund it; and that is his will for you.

The saying " Dream big and and give the bill to God" simply encourages people to trust and have faith in Gods ability to provide their needs no matter the size or how big it may seem, so I think understanding the context of a write up is also very important.

That statement was for the spiritually inclined believer. A carnal mind is he who will dream of anything at all and expect God to fund .
