I have doggy neighbors but my neighbor has a stick up her ass and won't let me play like this with them.

His human training is almost complete.

Our neighbor had a poodle he won in the divorce. I’d throw the ball for him. Then I cut a hole in the fence for him to play with our baby. Then he gave us the dog. Pooch still went in the old yard to poop. Neighbor sealed the fenced.
