IT’S TIME TO EXPOSE J. LO — NO ONE GETS A PASS! I think it’s time I expose Jennifer Lopez aka Miss Jenny from the Block. When I do, it won’t be from a random influencer who has never met her or been in the same room with her. It will be from the perspective of someone who was on the set of American Idol working as a journalist covering her when she was a judge. And I saw what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling. It will be from the perspective of someone who hung out with her, her team and one of her many husbands at the same table at a posh Beverly Hills hotel after an award’s show. It will be from the perspective of someone who has also met and hung out with her current husband and his team. None of the above was pretty, to say the least. Finally and most importantly, for now because there is more, it will be from the perspective of the one reporter who exposed the truth about the monsters who enslaved, abused and trafficked Britney Spears — the same people she and her ex, Diddy, worked with for years. That would be Lou Taylor and her Tri Star team. It hasn’t gone unnoticed by me that J. Lo just happened to put out the most disgustingly narcissistic documentary I’ve ever seen at the same time the truth about her ex, Diddy, allegedly trafficking children among many other criminal acts — including some alleged crime(s) she may allegedly have been an accomplice to — came out and she’s remained silent. Your silence on Diddy jlo is deafening. However, what makes it extraordinarily disgusting is that you have shamelessly self-promoted yourself and used your massive PR machine to paint yourself as some sort of victim at this time with no public concern or empathy for the alleged potential victims. The Internet has called you out, and your team’s response has seemingly and reportedly been to destroy their livelihoods. You’re beyond out-of-touch with reality, and the day has come that reality bites you in the ass. On a final note, for now, jlo — you and/your team can’t cancel me like y’all have reportedly attempted to do to others exposing the truth about you. I’ve already been canceled everywhere, and I’m not fueled by fame or money. You know, like you. So I’m un-cancellable. Also, unlike you and what you claim in your own words below,👇🏻 I actually am down-to-earth and do put God first. You and the demons you work with have NO power over me! So maybe you’ve been able to fool your legions of fans for years, but you haven’t fooled me. You ain’t Jenny from the Block — let the world beware.

Kai's letter to Chanyeol 🤍🍒🐻 "Chanyeol hyung, your solo album is finally out to the world! Actually, watching you prepare for it from the sidelines, I know how much time and effort you put into it, which makes this album even more meaningful. I feel so proud and fulfilled because I've felt more deeply than anyone else how much you love your album and what you want to show your fans. Listening to the song from beginning to end, I thought, "Ah, this is hyung's true self." It felt a bit strange the whole time listening to your song, which is so full of your unique style. As a member, but also as a music fan, I was deeply moved by your growth and music, and I was also proud and satisfied, as if it were my own work. Of course, there were many hardships along the way..while you were recording, preparing, and worrying late into the night, I was there joking around and offering advice. It didn't seem like much at the time, but now that I think about it, even those moments are captured in this album. Hyung, this album isn't just your solo album; it's a new beginning in your musical career. I sincerely hope you'll show your voice and heart through more songs on more stages in the future. I'll always be there to support and encourage you as a member, a friend, and a dongsaeng. When you're done, let's go and become even more awesome as EXO. To hyung, who i'm always proud of, you worked so hard on this album, and I sincerely congratulate you. Have a great time with your fans!♡" Thank you Jongin..he was really touched 😭🥺🤍

$BTC update 24 April 2026 These video updates are for educational purposes only and should never ever be considered as investment or trading advice. Always do your own research and planning. " $BTC and the crypto currency market have somewhat stabilised in recent weeks as these assets have based into the phase and for the very first time in several months $BTC flipped an SR which triggered long positions in coins such as $DOGE (which itself based in phase after an 85% washout). On the lower timeframes this market is making positive patterns for the very first time since late summer 2025 and that data cannot be ignored and there's potential for some relief in this sector, however there is a caveat to all of this and that is implied volatilities suggest there is potential for a hard sell setting up and that syncs with my higher tf outlook for the crypto market that any move higher is countertrend and there will likely be another wave down 66-68 k is now the SR below (but think about the sideways low and what that tells you about supply and demand and what can happen in the future). above that 70.8k is the local level of demand. As always, thanks to those who support the feed". This was last week's text update and as we can $BTC has followed along and now on the very ltf the patterns are bullish telling us that conditions have indeed changed and a move into the mid 80ks can set up after a period of consolidation. There is a warning in this analysis and that is yields and the VIX telling us that an important top is likely being set in the #spx and that what we are seeing in #crypto is likely a countertrend bear market rally. As always, thanks to those who support the feed. These videos take a lot of time to plan and create so I appreciate the support.

One hundred days have passed since those two nights. The two nights where I felt the meaning of everything everywhere all at once. I was full of joy, pride, anger, worry, despair, uncertainty, hope, belief, and everything in between. They were as glorious as they were sorrowful. A nation was telling a romantic, dramatic, violent love story. The story of Iran and our absolute love for it. What transpired after is not that different. Those of us who are survivors of the January massacre feel like we are still there. We are still experiencing the exact same wave of emotions. We remember. We remember the heavy metallic smell of gunpowder in the air. We remember the ash of the fires we lit up dancing in the cold wind. We remember how we illuminated a sky that stood darker than ever, because the occupying syndicate had initiated a total blackout. Digital and electrical. They tried to plunge us into the absolute dark. We remember how the light of the phones they had severed from the outside world became beacons in our hands. We held them up in the dark, desperate to show the world exactly how many of us were fighting and how we were holding the line. We remember how we felt when we stood around the fires we started, chanting Javid Shah together. It felt like that fire was our collective will. We stood around it because our unity was the very thing breathing the fire of courage into every single one of us that night. The words I had held dear for so long hit me deep in my core when I was standing beside that fire, taking my place in the Lion and Sun Revolution. I remember them echoing throughout my entire existence: "The legends of my homeland are not forgotten myths, My people still breathe fire through the darkest rifts. Alive and standing firm where shadows meet, Fear and ignorance have died upon their feet." I remember being amazed to see our true flags everywhere, because I knew exactly how hard it was to acquire one under the gaze of a terrorist syndicate. I remember the rapid gunshots. I remember the taste of tear gas in my throat, the ache of my mussels throughout my bosand the sickening worry over my friends and loved ones burning a hole inside my gut. And I remember seeing the spark of pure, undeniable fear in the eyes of their thugs. I remember all of it. My rage will not let me forget a single second. Each moment of each day, awake or asleep, I feel that exact same mixture of feelings while I watch foreign politicians play their diplomatic games and broadcast their confusing noise. And that is exactly how I know in my heart that we will end this regime one way or another. Because even if the world turns away, I know I have my compatriots to rely on, both outside and inside this country. I know we will keep moving forward no matter what. Now, to those sitting in absolute safety who tell us to just go pick up a gun and fight for our freedom: Speaking as an Iranian civilian locked inside this country, first I have to ask you, where the hell do I get a gun or the ammunition to load it? I am not saying we cannot get weapons. I am trying to tell you that what you say is infinitely harder than it sounds from your safe distance. But regardless of your advice, be absolutely sure of this fact: we are not sitting by asking for our freedom to be handed to us on a silver platter like some privileged kid. We have already fought and bled on the asphalt for our liberation. When the time comes, we will do so again. We will not forget. We will not forgive. And we will take our country back. Pāyandeh #Irán. Javid Shah.

I love and support Ukraine not only because it is my country and my people. Not because we are so perfect and good. Ukraine has as many internal problems as other countries, and in some areas, perhaps even more. And yes, we have all kinds of people, there are good and bad, there are those who do good, but, unfortunately, there are also those who do evil and commit crimes. Just like in your country, there are such people too. I support Ukraine because the right to life and to one's own path is not the privilege of "perfect" nations, but a fundamental human right. No one is less worthy of protection simply because their country has flaws, mistakes, or a difficult history. If that were true, no country in the world would have the right to exist. Because no one is perfect or free from imperfections. Supporting Ukraine means refusing to accept violence and aggression as the norm. This is a rejection of the logic that someone has the right to destroy others simply because they feel like it. Today, it's Ukraine. Tomorrow, with this approach, it could be anyone. And that's the point. Not idealization. Not slogans. But a simple moral choice: side with those defending their home, or turn a blind eye to evil until it knocks on your door. Truth requires no justification. You don't need to be an expert to see the difference between those who defend themselves and those who come to kill, destroy, and erase the identity of others. When cities, hospitals, schools, and homes are bombed, it's no longer a "complex conflict" but an obvious crime. Supporting Ukraine is about memory. About respect for the lessons of history, which have cost humanity too dearly. Every time aggression was called "liberation," "historical justice," or "not everything is so clear-cut," these words were followed by mass tragedies. To ignore this is to knowingly follow the same path.

#SundayMusing - THE POLITICAL STRATEGY OF DEMONISING NASIR EL-RUFAI - by: Dr Uche Diala - Part 1 Many people are sitting down and allowing some vested interests to be gaslighting them against a man, Nasir El-Rufai, whose only sin is to be intelligently and intellectually gifted by God, to be conscious of it and using it without fear, favor or pandering to advance the cause of society including theirs. Some of my brethren from Southern Kaduna, with all due respect and appreciation of their documented long standing issues and dynamics, are buying and swallowing, hook, line and sinker, the narratives from their new found lovers that El-Rufai is demonic and evil, without pondering over their fate over history and time, even long before Nasir El-Rufai appeared on the scene, and placing them side by side to determine factually and objectively, how truly worse or better El-Rufai was for their cause and fate. I do not want to mention some of my APC brethren to whom El-Rufai has suddenly transformed from hero to villain, simply because he told us some hard truths about our party; truths which most of us know and some have equally voiced out. Tragically, some say, not unexpectedly, some of my brethren from the South East, many of whom have never crossed River Niger to the North, have already jumped in the fray and joined in the bandwagon of 'he hates Igbos and Christians' 'El-Rufai is evil', etc., much the same way they did to Buhari, without any sensible proof and without pondering over the motive of those orchestrating and feeding them such narrative. No lesson having been learnt. For a man whose watch word as Minister for FCT was excellence. Or did anyone hear that he favored any particular tribe or religion while he went about restoring the Abuja masterplan as its Minister? I have been in the FCT and I know firsthand. Put your ears to the ground, beyond the hype and the noise and hear stories about today. A man who as Governor of the cosmopolitan Kaduna state engaged Nigerians - Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa, Christian and Muslim and men and women alike, so long as they could add value to his governance of the state. Including many of those joining betrayers and ungrateful elements to castigate him today. I was not one of them, but I can't in good conscience pretend that I did not know. A man who inspite of his limitations as chief security officer of the state on paper, understood that security was paramount to delivering his mandate for the people who elected him and who God temporarily placed him in authority over. He was tough on every part, North and South alike, when need was. For him, criminality was criminality, no matter who orchestrated it. That is not to say that he was a saint or made no mistakes, but he who is a saint among us and of no sin, should cast the first stone. Compare and contrast your own state and state Governor with Mallam Nasir El-Rufai’s Kaduna state and El-Rufai as a Governor. Unfortunately, the increasing tragedy of our politics today, is that it blurs the lines between common sense and nonsense, truth and lies, friends and frenemies and reality and illusions; making heroes out of villains and vice versa, making many to defend who and what they like and not what is right, and making people to embrace those they should sensibly avoid like a plague and to hate those they should ordinarily love and vice versa.

7 Reasons I Love Full Hex Squats! 1. Step-ups and split-squats on some sort of podium have already been go-tos for me for the past 15 years of knee rehab and coaching, and anyone can access these for free or dirt cheap. 2. Not everyone wants to jump into barbell squats. My parents maintain bodyweight. I advise young athletes to master one leg at a time first. Both user-friendly from this. 3. Sophomore year of high school I injured my neck from being pushed into heavy barbell squats. Full hex squat allows you to build some upper back first. 4. My best friend in high school broke his back while maxing out barbell squats. Spent the next year in a metal brace. When your legs can’t handle a full hex squat, you’re in a DEADLIFT, not a GOODMORNING. Deadlift has way easier leverage, so you’re way safer. 5. Hex squat isn’t as good for lower back building, but for me, my parents, and my teenage students, back extension is already my go-to to build lower back muscles at higher reps BEFORE worrying about max loads. (To be clear: 1-5 above are amazing PREP/HELPERS for barbell squats if you so desire!) 6. If a young person does want to see their peak strength, a regular hex deadlift is a very safe and accurate option. 7. The same hex is advantageous for forward and backward farmer’s walks to help your ankles and grip keep up with your new power! (These podiums won’t be good biz since they’re made in USA, small batches, but these are easy to mimic or copy. ETA 6 weeks to first batch for sale, for those interested.) Pre-assembled, fold-out-and-get-to-work back extension: Mobility Made Simple program and coaching:

Thank you, Katherine Loftus (NoteMyObjection), for confirming that your cousin Molly works as a victim witness advocate in the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. That’s relevant context for viewers as they evaluate your content and consider any potential bias. As for the rest, this is being framed as something it isn’t. When you position yourself as an “unapologetically honest” legal voice and platform witnesses, transparency is crucial. You don’t get to benefit from that credibility while dismissing reasonable questions about bias as “malicious.” And to be clear, my video does not meet any legal definition of malice. Criticism one may not like does not equate to maliciousness. As an attorney, you know this. You say you don’t use sources, but relationships, proximity, and access are relevant whether you choose to label them that way or not. That’s reality, especially when you’re speaking on cases tied to the same office your family is connected to. Again, that’s not an attack, it is however context your audience deserves. You also stated in your interview that having a strong opinion in this case leads people to attack looks instead of substance. Yet in your most recent video, you did exactly that. I don’t go there, because it’s not my style. I hold myself to a higher standard than reducing an argument to personal attacks, especially when the criticism is about substance, not appearance. So the claim that “this side” avoids substance doesn’t really hold up when you’re doing the opposite. As for the block, I explicitly stated in my video why I blocked you: mocking what I went through and continue to deal with. I believe in being transparent with my audience. What is hypocritical, though, is deciding some people are victims of harassment while others are experiencing the same things (home visits, employer calls, public confrontations, threats) are dismissed as “drama.” It’s also notable that in your interview with Kerry, none of that behavior was addressed. Perhaps next time do a little more research into the person you’re interviewing? Many of us are dying to know why your interviewee was calling herself and Jen McCabe “detectives,” and why a victim witness advocate out of the same DA’s office referred to them as “the best detectives around.”
