If I were the king of america, I would expand the list of crimes punishable by death pretty significantly. This crime deserves hanging. The driver should absolutely be charged with attempted homicide. The fact that the motorcyclist gave him the middle finger has nothing to do with it. You don't kill somebody over a middle finger.
