Insurance scam, if I had to guess. Rear enders almost always get blamed on the rear car. One rule of thumb is that when the economy hits the shitter, insurance fraud goes up. Get yourself a dash cam. Seriously.

The driver in the Mini seems to be the only good driver. They came to a full stop on yellow - as you are supposed to! The other ass hats - including the impatient dashcam driver need lessons. Left turn lanes couldn't turn as everyone blowing the yellow when lots of time to stop.
