The industry is approaching a breaking point now. There isn't a shortage of truck drivers. We have 3x the number of folks with a license to drive a truck than the trucks that need to be operated” So driverless trucks aren’t being created because there is a shortage of truck drivers, it’s being done to save on costs and increase drive time.
