I speak out. I’ll wait ~30 seconds and then say clearly “Can I please get past?” Occasionally, you’ll get the nutter who argues, and that ends poorly for them. Most move out of the way. Be direct. It’s the best approach.

I often just park the buggy at the end of the aisle, out of the way, and walk down the aisle to get what I need.
