The original gear material is a heat-treated alloy with very high hardness, but the metal used for restoration is aluminum. This restoration is only for appearance and is not suitable for actual use.

It should be cut after welding with similar hardness and material. Also, in the case of high-speed gears, if light metal is attached, vibration or shaking occurs due to imbalance.
