Tips for Driving on Snow! ❄️ 1.If you’re driving a 4x4, shift to 4H or 4L. In 4L, drive in 1st gear for maximum traction across all four wheels. It gives you better control and reduces the need to brake often. 2.While starting after a halt, accelerate slowly. Avoid over-accelerating to prevent skidding and focus on maintaining momentum. 3.Minimize braking—ideally, avoid it entirely. Use manual mode to downshift for slowing down, or let go of the accelerator to let the car stop gradually. If you must brake, use light pressure and avoid hard braking. 4.Stay calm—don’t panic. Control the steering and gently steer towards the direction of the skid. Wait for the tires to regain traction before correcting. I f you have more tips for driving on snow, feel free to share them below! Drive safe and respect the snow! 👍🏻

Single arm cable lat row has been a GREAT addition to my back days Always good to hit them from a different angle than your regular pulldown Tips: - neutral grip - think about driving elbow into hips, but do NOT bring elbow past and behind your back - keep the shoulder of the arm you're working down, and as far from your ear as you can - good stretch at front - go LIGHT on these - really find the lats here
