This cat followed me and my cat home and is now meowing to get inside. Is he a stray? It's the second time it happened, last time was a couple months ago. He's friendly but a bit skittish (less than before though). The first time I got worried that he might be lost but then I didn't see him again and assumed he got home. Another neighbor saw him earlier that week and had the same question, they asked on Facebook if he had owners (no responses as far as I know). But now he followed me again and cannot stop meowing, he even went to meow and scratch at my neighbor door. Does this sound like a normal behavior for a cat that has a family? Is he more likely lost/abandoned? What should I do 😭
