Another of the largest refineries in Russia has shut down after a drone attack. The Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery (Rostov Region, with a capacity of 5 million tons per year) ceased operations due to equipment damage from a drone strike on December 25th. According to Reuters, both primary oil processing units were shut down - this is already the second refinery to completely shut down in December.
