This lady is on point and moreover she is not denigrating anyone's way of thinking. There is never right or wrong time to invest. It depends on what you are investing in. In one of my many travels, I met a Cameroon lad in Malmo, a Swedish town at the border of Denmark and Sweeden. Being only Africans in the pub, we started a conversation. Upon him realising that I was from Zimbabwe, he started telling me a lot about Zim and even said "I have a daughter in Zim". He told me what I have always known that Zim is a very good Country and I asked him why he left. He goes on like- "I specialize in Countries that will be experiencing hardships. When the hardships are no longer there, I hardly make it". I was amused by this. Seeing that I was confused by his statement, he said, "Look, I went to Zimbabwe in early 2000s when shops were empty. Hupfu was a problem. So, I went to South Africa and brought multiple lorries of hupfu and I made serious monies. All is well now, and I can't make money with hupfu hence I left". Truely speaking, where others see a problem others see an opportunity. The failure by the city council to provide water to residents gave birth to millionaires in borehole drilling companies. The failures of the Government to provide reliable electricity gave us millionaires in Solar Energy Companies, the failure of ZUPCO birthed millionaires in transport operators, the failure of Air Zimbabwe was a great opportunity for Qatar Airways, Emirates, Ethiopian Airlines and the like. You can be one of the failures in Zimbabwe but who said someone else cannot make it where you failed? It's all about your mindset and nothing else. Don't confine yourself into thinking that only the politically connected make money in Zimbabwe. The late Ginimbi's friends once said, "If kana nyoka ichiitisa mari then just go and have your own snake and make money". A friend of mine who never left Zimbabwe is doing his 3rd cluster homes project with 20 units. Each cluster is selling for $300,000.00 (madhora eku America). Only 4 are left and all bought by Zimbabweans living and making it in Zimbabwe. They paid cash. The chances of such homes being grabbed by Diasporans are between Slim and None.

From the broader surface, it is very true! But the mukana is open to those who openly support Musangano. This is a fact for our generation. It's a choice for us all to 🍽 with them so that 20 years later are viewed as beneficiaries as she is doing or be part of the force that is fighting for a better country that creates opportunities for all. This is Stephanie Melgoza, she was a nursing student in Illinois. She was driving drunk and in 2022 she killed two innocent people.. This is police body cam footage of her showing absolutely no remorse, and in fact she’s singing, and laughing. She asks when she can go back to school, and when she can get her car back, the officer tells her again the “car is totaled. It’s a crime scene. She will not be getting it back and she killed two people”. Her reaction is absolutely mind-boggling to the officer & me. I have to think that she’s just possessed. She went to trial in 2023 and was only given 14 years. That is not nearly enough time. She should be in jail forever.!

This is heartbreaking and extremely hard to watch. This lady went abroad and left her two kids when they were still very young. They are now in PP2. She came back to Kenya unannounced and went to their school to surprise them. Unfortunately, they don’t recognise her. They don’t know who she is, and she really has to struggle to explain to them. Mind you, the only reason she went abroad was to give them a better life….

This Ghanaian lady, Nairy, moved from Ghana to Nigeria because of his Nigerian boyfriend. (worst decision she said) She is a digital marketer, so she has been moving back and forth over the last 4 years. She finally returned to Ghana with nothing because everything she worked for, the person she left it with had given it out to his girlfriend and told her it was stolen. She says she doesn’t know how the people in Canada got the reputation for being the nicest people because that is simply not true and they don’t exist there but they do exist in Tennessee. She said she used to live in downtown San Diego, California and had people trying to live under her house, neighbors peeing outside her kitchen window, roaches and all kinds of issues. So how does she have a property like this? She said she moved to the other side of the country. That’s how and she pays almost the same for this beautiful, quiet lakefront property as she did in downtown San Diego. And it’s true, I was born, raised and lived in Southern California for a long time but there’s a better life for most people elsewhere. I left back in 1996 and is the best thing I ever did. There are still some beautiful places in California but it is too expensive and overpriced as we all know. So unless you have the money to live there, your money will go much further in other states and the quality of life and schools is amazingly better. 💯 Have you escaped the high priced states and now live like a king or queen elsewhere? It’s wonderful isn’t it?
