Specifically, lawyers told projects that airdrops were a safer and better alternative to token sales. This was arguably never true, and nowadays it's less true than ever. For context: CoinList ran token sales in full compliance with securities laws. But lawyers told projects: Even if your token sale is compliant, the sale will increase scrutiny on your project and increase the likelihood that you'll be investigated. Airdrops are a better alternative. Three things have changed: 1. Gary Gensler's SEC sued tons of projects that never ran token sales. Thus it no longer seems like a token sale meaningfully changes a project's risk profile. 2. Trump was elected. The US regulatory landscape is changing and projects expect the US government to be less hostile going forward. 3. Airdrops increasingly suck due to massive amounts of farming. Projects and users are unhappy with airdrops and looking for alternatives. The point is - the move away from token sales had little to do with the merits of token sales. Here's what you will do this WEEK. Make sure you follow my EXACT move: 1. AI stocks $ARM, $NBIS, $APLD, etc. - HOLD and keep them. Never fully sell your winners. They are winners for a REASON. You can TRIM 20%, but never FULLY SELL. We still have 5 years of AI. You can BUY on bigger dips. 2. Stage 2 stocks $CIFR, $IREN, $DAL, etc. - these are where potential buying opportunities are NOW in today's market environment. BUY and risk. 3. Late cycle laggards $LMT, $NOW, $SG, $NKE, etc. - these companies that have struggled will try and catch-UP to the overall markets. This is called MEAN REVERSION. These are all BUY opportunities as well. 4. Defensive $KO, $XOM, CASH, etc. - helps your portfolio stay STRONG during red days if the daily bearish divergences on the markets end a cycle soon. Another day, another group of police officers caught breaking the law and abusing unconstitutional mass surveillance systems for their personal benefit. I'M BACK (new direction from my social media moving fwd) After being MIA on social for the past several months, I'm getting back on the wagon. So here's what you can expect from my socials (particularly YT) moving fwd: I am throwing out all the advice I've gotten on YT regarding trying to make viral videos, catchy titles, mr beast style thumbnails, etc etc etc And instead, I'm just going to be releasing a new updated version of my sales training online, for free. It will put on YouTube. And it will be called Advanced Sales Techniques Series. I'll still have my team distribute clips of it on other channels, but that will be the main place if you want to dive in. Now, just a quick heads up before you dive into the series: This won't be a beginner style sales training. Can it help beginners? Absolutely. But it's going to be some of my most in-depth and advanced content. It's not going to be optimized to get views, at all. And quite frankly, I could give 2 shits at this point about views. My companies are both extremely successful (and profitable) without organic social media. I also don't care about being famous, either. The only reason I'm doing this is because I've spent thousands of hours on this training. And I want to put it out in the world, publicly, before the "sales training" chapter of my life is over.
