She added some background music, of course. Just today I wrote about how no distinction whatsoever could be made nowadays between the settler terrorists and the IDF terrorists in the West Bank. Health update. After consulting with doctors and my team, I have decided to have right hip surgery early next week out in Colorado. It’s an unfortunate situation with so many great events left on the calendar but this is a preventative measure. I’m already itching to start rehab, get back to practicing and I look forward to returning to the course sometime around late summer/early fall. I would like to thank my family, friends, sponsors and partners for their continued support of me. I will share positive news on my rehab as I progress and I look forward to seeing everyone at the course again soon!

Here's how to do a bit of VFX work using Seedance 2: If you generate with Seedance 2 you often get a great shot but unfortunately with one or more minor artefacts. Instead of discarding the generation, you can actually edit the video using Seedance 2. In my case it i had to remove a character and I did this using simply as the prompt and using the original video as reference: "Remove boy from video". I then regenerated the missing detail (the boy) using an isolated version of the boy that I removed. And then animated using Seedance 2: "the boy runs sideways and stops. white background. he stays in the center of the screen." In the tutorial below, I'll show how I got rid of an artefact in a shot I liked, and used good old compositing to combine a two videos. As always I'll share the link to the Space below.

I’m excited to share this performance video of “You Could Start A Cult” with you today: It’s the first of many performances that I shot with Vevo as a part of their Extended Play series that will be coming out over the next few weeks. Performing live is my favourite thing to do. To bring the songs I’ve spent so much time with, seen through from start to finish is an amazing feeling. Shooting these performances with Vevo was a really special experience. I was able to go back to the place where I made the music, an area of California I adore and have spent a lot of time in over my career. I've loved its creation story, both in his talks and the book, "Shell of An Idea." But another amazing part of the story is how PowerShell changed the careers of so many Windows admins. Here's a fantastic interview of Snover by ScriptRunner 🤖, where Jeffrey talks about how rewarding it was when someone told him that learning PowerShell tripled his salary and allowed him to send his daughter to college, marking a first in their family's history. Hello everyone, this is my latest personal project, an Attack on Titan short film. In this short film, I was responsible for all aspects of production. I experimented with building my own workflow and explored the integration of 2D and 3D animation. Since this is my first time creating such a large-scale project, most of the storyboards are based on the original work, with a few inspired by other films, and the rest are my own original attempts. I aimed to fully respect the original source while incorporating many of my own designs, such as character design, character effects, and original shots. This has been an extremely valuable experience for me. Although the short film is not perfect, it represents my best effort within the limited time available. In this order flow video I show an example of leaning against an LVN after the market has already given us a clear direction. Many traders think you can't add or enter this late into a move, but some of the most easy money trades I've ever taken (including this one) are when we have heavy supply hitting the bid while sellers keep reloading on the offer right below an LVN after a flush. I will say that it's not easy to enter this late into a move if you are only using price action. This is one of the superpowers of order flow. It makes this possible. You can get some really clean entries that barely get any drawdown with big potential reward. I only took shorts today and this absorption example near 62 was one of the spots I took shorts from today. Just adding that because some people will assume this is hindsight despite the fact that I crushed the market today. I hope you find some value in this. If you do then I'll be sure to share more order flow analysis with you in the future. 🫡

It's such an exciting time to be an artist on the internet. We now have the technology to build out our worlds, in spaces we own, it is truly the age of ideas. I've built a new home for my projects here, and in advance of my next major release with Transient Labs on June 16th, I want to share what I've made with you all, and open a dialogue about how we can use these tools as artists to enhance the experience of making and sharing our art. This is an overview of davekrugman dot com (link in thread), specifically about new sites for Drip Drop and DRIVE, and to that end, I'll give a work from each project to someone who reshares this post. If you are an artist who is curious on how to build a site for yourself, I would be happy to help, I'm an open book, ask me in the comments below. There are so many tools to use- I mostly used Claude / Anthropic- and now we can literally speak our ideas into reality , the possibilities feel truly infinite, if you have curiosity, patience, and a bit of time to explore a new frontier. For too long, artists have had to build on the rented space of social platforms, and now it feels like we can really create sovereign spaces that we own and make ours with our unique vision. PSA: General-purpose multimodal models, like Gemini 2.0, Grok-2, and GPT-4o are NOT good at interpreting medical images. This is expected, as they were not trained for this purpose. Last week, I shared a video of Gemini 2.0 Realtime looking at a CT that went viral. It was an extremely simple case (Case 1 in my call prep course on Navigating Radiology), and I asked very simple questions. Given the context - screensharing with a general model - I was genuinely impressed that it could identify some very basic anatomy and an abnormal pancreas in realtime! The video demonstrated the power of interacting with AI this way, and the potential for future medical-specific models to be used similarly. BUT many reposts of the video perpetuated misconceptions: AI replacing radiologists, Grok can read your scans, etc. Naturally, this video will likely not go viral, but here’s an example of what frequently happens with general-purpose models: many basic errors (calling the prostate the bladder, and the bladder the uterus), seeing masses that don't exist, etc - often probabilistic based on context. That said, interacting with LLMs real time with screensharing IS a very cool unlock, with a lot of potential. Very exciting!

Motion graphics used to take me an hour per scene (or more) Now I'm creating them in 3-5 minutes — without After Effects, without Premiere, without writing a single line of code. I'm a former LA filmmaker (still PGA). My entire video stack is now 3 tools: Claude Code + HyperFrames (from HeyGen) + Descript Here's how the workflow runs: 1. Drop my brand style guide into a folder (colors, fonts, components Claude reuses forever) 2. Paste a line from my Descript transcript into Claude Code: "Create a scene for this part of the video" 3. Claude Code reads my brand, generates the HyperFrames scene, renders it to MP4 4. Drag the MP4 into Descript, drop it on the matching line of the transcript 5. Done. 3-5 minutes per scene. The unlock is the brand style guide. Once Claude has your colors, fonts, and reusable components, every scene inherits your look automatically. Bonus — you can take a Claude Design export (.zip), hand it to Claude Code, and it'll convert the HTML into a HyperFrames video you can render and edit. I built a GitHub repo with all the skills pre-loaded. Non-developers can clone it, open Claude Code, and be rendering scenes in under 10 minutes. ‼️SHOCKING: Source Claims Erika Kirk Held A Private Memorial At The Kirk's Condo Bldg 48 Hrs After Charlie's Death—Source Says Erika Was Showed Up Over An Hour Late Because She Was Doing An Interview.😱 An anonymous source who claims to live in the same condo building as Erika and Charlie Kirk just dropped some very interesting details in an email. According to the source, roughly 48 hours after Charlie was assassinated, a private praise and worship service was held in the condo building’s community room. Erika showed up over an hour late because she was doing an interview for some news outlet. During her remarks, Erika reportedly told the group that the very first night she and Charlie stayed in the massive Silverleaf mansion, Charlie tossed and turned all night and felt unsafe. He told her he wanted to move back to the condo because he preferred being around people and believed the neighbors would help protect her and the kids if anything ever happened. The source says this information came directly from Erika herself. This lines up with what we already know — they bought the huge mansion and then quickly sold it after less than a year.
