All I know is I woke up in my own bed the next morning and when I looked out the window, my car was there. It was a magical time.

Made me a damn good driver.

Yeah but depending on where you lived, you might be lucky to see five cars on the roads you took to sneak home, and people didn’t drive with phones in their faces….today all hours of the day theres people everywhere on the roads and they are almost all on their phones…Its more dangerous to drive with traffic then it is to drive drunk today..

We drunk , got drunk, and left enough safety to drive.

Living in a big city I’d wait until 5:30 am to jump in to commuter traffic and blend in with everyone who hasn’t had their coffee yet

BS! LIES! OMG. I was always the designated driver because I never drank much alcohol to begin with! 🙄

We took a cab or walked. Before Uber there were cabs all over and they were much safer.

Your suppose to say we walk home .. or taxi… designated driver.. calling your mom at 3 in the afternoon cus there is a tornado warning and your so drunk you can’t see right and your scared and go and vomitt all in your moms car.. at 16 I mean it could happen

My bestie and I would just pack sleeping bags and sleep in the car, although we did wake up in the woods quite a few times.

Well I didn't drink & drive, Id smoke & fly. I don't drink so I was DD but we never made it home at night. It would literally be daylight When we left club and always took extra clothes cause we weren't coming home till late late Sunday.
