Empowering Youth, Building a Drug-Free Future! Glad to launch 'Drug Free Mumbai', an anti-drug awareness campaign in Mumbai today. Today marks a renewed commitment towards building a healthier, stronger and safer India. Under the visionary leadership of our Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, the mission of building a Drug-Free India has inspired a nationwide movement. To translate this vision into action, we have launched the Drug-Free Mumbai campaign, reaffirming our commitment towards building a Drug-Free Maharashtra. India is progressing rapidly, achieving remarkable milestones in the economy, technology, AI, innovation and space exploration. At the heart of this transformation is our greatest strength, our Youth, whose energy, talent and determination will shape India's future. As our youth prepare to lead the India of tomorrow, they also face a growing challenge. Drug abuse is a silent threat that seeks to mislead young minds and weaken our society from within. While the government is taking strict action against drug production, supply and trafficking, this mission cannot succeed without the active participation of society. As our Hon PM Modi Ji has emphasised, the fight against drugs cannot be won by any one department or institution alone. It requires the collective efforts of government agencies, law enforcement, educational institutions, parents, communities and most importantly, our youth. Every young person must take a firm pledge to Say No To Drugs and reject any influence or pressure that threatens their future. Let us unite to build a Drug-Free Mumbai and a Drug-Free Maharashtra, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to dream, achieve and lead India towards a brighter future. Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha ji and other dignitaries were present. Narendra Modi Mangal Prabhat Lodha Drug Free Mumbai Official #Maharashtra #Mumbai #DrugFreeMumbai

From Awareness to Action... Good Step by Navi Mumbai on Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan (Drug Free Campaign)! Launched ‘Nasha Mukt Navi Mumbai Abhiyaan’ in Navi Mumbai, today. Interacted with the youth here. While India strides toward becoming a developed nation, the spread of drug networks threatens to weaken our nation from within. Recognizing the gravity of this challenge, emphasized the critical importance of the fight against drugs in the first meeting with the Home Department. Hon Union Home Minister Amit bhai Shah has also led this charge by uniting Home Ministers from across the states, expressing his firm belief that India can and will overcome this menace. Beyond enforcement, it is equally important to change the mindset of our youth by firmly establishing that drug abuse is not "cool." The war on drugs is a covert in many ways, as drug trafficking often operates under the radar through social media and courier networks. To tackle this, a toll-free number, 8828-112-112, has been launched, empowering citizens to play an active role in this battle. Navi Mumbai Commissionerate has set a good example by being the first to take proactive steps following the announcement of the war on drugs. Also praised and congratulated the Commissionerate for leading this vital campaign with vision and determination. I appreciate John Abraham for pledging and working for this cause. During this Minister Ganesh Naik ji, MLA Mandatai Mhatre, MLA Prashant Thakur, MLA Mahesh Baldi and other dignitaries were present.
