He took her for Tea, while returning forced her to Drink #Alcohol and in #intoxicated condition took her at his friend's house and Raped her when she was in an #inebriated (#drunken) condition. According to K.Narayana Reddy, DCP, Maheshwaram Zone, Future City Commissionerate, both the students pursuing third year from an Engineering College in Ibrahimpatnam, Rangareddy district. He took his female classmate to Dilsukhnagar for tea on May 14. While returning, he purchased liquor and consumed it at a secluded place. He also forced the girl to consume liquor. As the girl was in an intoxicated (drunken) condition, the student took her to his friend's room in Ibrahimpatnam and sexually Assaulted her when she was in inebriated condition. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim on May 15th, the police booked a case under relevant provisions of BNS and arrested the accused Uday and sent him to remand.
