He took his female classmate to Dilsukhnagar for tea on May 14. While returning, he purchased liquor and consumed it at a secluded place. He also forced the girl to consume liquor. As the girl was in an intoxicated (drunken) condition, the student took her to his friend's room in Ibrahimpatnam and sexually Assaulted her when she was in inebriated condition. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim on May 15th, the police booked a case under relevant provisions of BNS and arrested the accused Uday and sent him to remand.
