I’m not so conversant about the provisions of the POPI Act but I’m persuaded to believe that the Act has been transgressed by this type of action. I’m not sure.

That doesn't prove that he was drunk. He could say that he was acting. The only way is to take blood samples and get it tested.

He could say he took too much med, and the camera man can be charged for taking that video 🥱 the law is very complex 😅😂🤣
