Bro you thank you so much for making this video, i was having this crashing problem since i built my 2nd PC and i was doing the display cloning in fullscreen exclusive. i had done my own testing and noticed the same thing with the fps. one thing to add 1/2

I actually only run on Borderless for the convenience of switching monitors, but damn I didn't know the disparity was this bad.

For my dual pc setup I separate the two. I run OBS and do fullscreen preview sent to my Elgato. Is this better or worse than merging the two monitors for FPS?

isn’t this always the case though? full screen exclusive usually is always better than borderless windowed

I'm genuinely confused but how? DX12 doesn't have any real Fullscreen Exclusive so it shouldn't be having any difference to Borderless(I guess unless user messed around with GPU drivers/settings)

GTA 3 improvements for the Nokia N95. I’m adapting and fixing Shinovon’s Symbian^3 port. Fixed black textures, now using full PC 512x512 textures on a 320x240 screen (huge waste of RAM). Still need to fix invisible cars, enable particles, and push FPS as far as possible. #gta
