“what are your dreams for the future?” 🆑: my ambition is to try and have the simplest life, keeping all those passions alive, and this is really where i’m spending my time now. i don't really need anything more because i’m happy the way i am, and my only ambition now is to obviously be a world champion. this is all i’ve ever dreamed about and this is all i’ve ever worked for and what i will continue to do so. but just having a relatively simple life and of course, simple is relative and it's more simpler than what it is now because obviously my life is quite hectic and i travel from everywhere. i go everywhere in the world every week for racing, for different kind of events. but trying to keep a simpler life and at the end of the day, i think what really matters in life is mostly people that you love most and to just keep that in mind, even though life is obviously quite hectic. 🎥: eight sleep

This is great conversation every man and woman should listen to, especially the married ones and those hoping to marry some day. The kind of man that women want is the one who provides everything, gives her what she wants, cares for the home, and gives the children everything they want and the kind of life they want, while being able to send them to a very good school. Boosie Badazz opening up about his son Tootie Raw situation 👀 saying as a father he had to really sit down and talk to him about the lean and what it’s doing… even admitted he was getting on him heavy at first but realized every kid different and you gotta handle them different 💯 He kept it honest too, saying sometimes people don’t break habits until they really go through it and “get sick” from it… but at the same time gave his son credit for leveling up — getting money, his own spot, cars, and staying out of jail 🙏 Boosie even said straight up he feels like he “raised him messed up” and now he just trying to guide him the right way as a father… tough love but still love at the end of the day ❤️

What changed is that I stopped interpreting my thoughts, emotions, and struggles through a medicalized lens. That shift transformed my life. One of the most liberating realizations I had after leaving the medicalized psychiatric system is that the purpose of life is not constant happiness or the absence of pain, but connection, meaning, and purpose. Life can be painful, and struggle is inevitable — but I no longer fear emotional pain or automatically translate it into pathology. Thank you to Secretary Kennedy for having this conversation with me on his podcast.

I honestly can’t get over Vinland Saga I don’t think I’ve had a show hit me as hard as this one? I’ve already seen it twice, Season 2 is legit one of the most impactful pieces of fiction ive ever watched on a personal level. I don’t think I’ve felt as emotional watching anything else in my life, Thorfinn’s redemption arc hit me so hard because its all about the idea of regret, and how despite how far you can fall, it is never too late to start over. Episode 9 when Thorfinn is crying over the people he’s hurt and apologizing to them, then having Askeladd be the one that ultimately pushes him to move forward with his life, to take on the true battle, being the one of moving on, is so BEAUTIFUL. The scene afterwards when Thorfinn makes the choice to move forward, to make up for his mistakes and start a new life made me genuinely cry so much, as its the first time he ever hallucinates his father in a peaceful way, the first time he made Thors proud. All that leads to Ep22 when Thorfinn finally understands what his father told him all those years ago, Aleks Le’s voice acting here is incredible as he finally says what his father tried to teach him so long ago: “I have no enemies.”. I think its not a swear of pacifism but more the idea that violence is no longer the first measure, that there must be a better path than that and Thorfinn will always try that now first. I really hope Vinland Saga Season 3 happens one day, this was such an incredible anime and just an AMAZING story that has had a deep impact on me and my own mindset. I adored it.
